Ingredients:

1 ripe medium seedless watermelon

Instructions:

1. Rinse the skin of the watermelon.
2. Cut the watermelon into 1-2” cubes. Remove any seeds.
3. Place ¾ of the watermelon cubes onto a cookie sheet.
4. Pat the watermelon cubes with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
5. Put the cookie sheet into the freezer for about 2 hours or until they’re frozen.
6. Keep the rest of the fresh watermelon cold in the refrigerator until ready to use.
7. In a blender, put the following: ¼ cup of juice from the fresh watermelon, 1 cup of fresh watermelon and, a little at a time, 8 cups of frozen watermelon.
8. Blend until thick and creamy.
9.  Serve immediately in cups, each with a spoon and a colorful bendy straw.
10. This is a naturally sweet drink, but you can sweeten it more with sugar or honey if you like.
11. Serve as a delicious milkshake alternative.
