It Doesn’t Taste Like Avocado Smoothie

Makes about 40 ounces (5 cups).

Ingredients: 

1 container of organic vanilla yogurt (32-ounce)
1 ripe avocado
1½ frozen banana
1½ cups frozen cantaloupe


Instructions:

1. Cube ½ a fresh cantaloupe into 1-2” cubes. Place cubes onto a cookie sheet.
2. Cut banana into 1-2” cubes. Place cubes on the same cookie sheet with the cantaloupe.
3. Cover the cubed fruit with a sheet of tinfoil, and put it into the freezer for a few hours until the fruit is frozen.
4. In a blender, put the yogurt and avocado and blend until creamy.
5. Add the frozen fruit to the blender and blend until the smoothie is the consistency of pudding.
6. Serve the thick smoothie in an ice cream cone with sprinkles, in a bowl topped with Vanilla Whipped Cream or in a cup with a spoon.
